Employee wholeness is relational. When people feel more deeply connected at work they become more connected to the work. Employee wholeness is an approach to employee engagement based on relationship building as a means for creating inclusion and belonging.
Expanding upon what we do in process consulting, companioning change focuses on the inherent ability that exists within the people in an organization to create change and realize their potential. Working in partnership with members of the organization we develop a change process that is customized for and inspired by employees. Employees' sense of agency is realized throughout the change process and becomes a sustaining asset to the future of the organization.
Change can be exciting, inspiring, uncomfortable, and sometimes turbulent. The ability to hold space for people in an organization when their wholeness shows up is an essential skill for leaders and managers. Creating capacity within the organization to develop and practice this skill is an important element of companioning change at every level of the organization.
